What's G Drinking Vol.1 E.3

Today, on this gorgeous spring afternoon, I’m enjoying a Pimm’s Cup. This classic libation is a home run when it comes to patio pounding, thirst quenching awesomeness. Pimm’s 1, for those of you that don’t know, is a gin based aperitif infused with herbs and spices that hails from the UK.

The recipe is simple.

In a collins glass muddle fresh strawberries, mint and cucumber.

Add 2 oz. of Pimm’s 1

Fill with ice and Ginger Beer (originally made with lemonade, most bars and restaurants use ginger beer/ale.)

I’m going to suck down a few more of these and take a nap.

Until next time, Stay Spicy…
