(Hot Cocktail)

INGREDIENTS

1.5 ounces Rum or Scotch (Amrut Old Port or Famous Grouse)

0.25 ounce Honey

2 cloves or 1/2 stick of cinnamon

2 dash Paychauds Bitters

6 ounces OliKo Classic Ginger Beer

DIRECTIONS

Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a pot.

Stain into a warmed mug and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
